Baroque Era (c.1600-c.1750): During the Baroque Era, the idea of the modern orchestra was born. Also, opera, concerto, sonata and modern cantata became important. The bolder violin, viola and cello, the harpsichord changed with soft-grained viola.

Thus, Edirne was an important and valuable city, and it shows that the Ottoman Empire attached importance of classical music.) Also, since classical music can make people relax and it can cause to forget bad things, it is still using to make people relax and in treatments.
