Introduction
Every country has different view on the rate of their population. A well-developed country with a strong economy welcomes the opportunity of growth in their population. Their main reason is to spread the wealth of their nation and believing that their country will be more prosperous when all of their individuals will find their own place and working for the country. On the other hand, the less developed countries have different approach in the population for they are attempting to minimize the birth rate. Countries belonged in this category is aware of the poverty and assumed that when there is an increased growth, there is a great danger in exploitation of the resources and hardship to survive.
Background of the Study and Problem Statement
Population – starts in the fertility which is the main topic of the study. Simply, it refers in the ability of the woman in giving birth or childbearing. Biologically and ethically speaking, the fertility makes the woman feel complete in welcoming a great role of motherhood. Thus, the babies in their womb are great gift after the marriage. Although it is very magnificent to have a child, it is still alarming that there is a great impact of the population growth in the economy of the country.
Research Objectives
The research has three supporting objectives and the first is to recognize the impact of fertility in the growth of the population. The second objective is to measure the other alternatives that can limit the growth of the population as well as discussing the birth control implementation that is popular in the other countries. And finally, to assess the different possibilities of the population growth in the economy of the country, more specifically in the developing countries, if the different birth controls are implemented.
Research Questions
The research is fueled by the research questions and serves as guidance in achieving the optimal solution in the issue of the population growth.
1. What are the signs that there is a population growth?
2. What are the different applied interventions that attempt to lessen the increasing population in the less-developed countries?
3. What are the positive or bright sides of the family planning, not only in the country bust as well as in the health of the woman?
Literature Review
During the fertility stage, the woman can recognize the changes in her appearance and when she reached the time of giving birth, the risk steps in. According to the various hospital records, most women that suffer in malnourishment or mental health are risking not only their lives but also their babies in giving birth. Different theories are associated with the fertility and the women with problem with their reproductive system are ending in either miscarriage or infertility (Brewster and Rindfuss, 2000). Through the advanced technology, the problem in fertility is given a specific answer. Although expensive, the couples who really want to have a child are turning into this option. As a result, the fertility rates in most of the countries are above the expected and the population started to grow. Other than that, there is an increasing popularity in pre-marital sex which leads to early motherhood. Other countries recognized the growth of the population and the employment record of women also falls based on their fertility adjustments. Due to the high conditions of the population, some countries made it harder to realize the economic growth and positive outcomes. It is also hard for the family to experience the standard of living and the quality of health because they is a great number in their family members. Therefore, an action to control the birth rate is very much anticipated (Alexandrescu, 2005; Khannas, 2006; Parrado and Morgan, 2008).
Methodology
The applied methodology is through the interview. The interview is the best method in assessing the impact of certain for it specifies the emotions of the interviewee and their ideas regarding the main topic. The interviews were done with the women with age 18-40; has a stillborn baby or a child and adopted child/children, and can be single mother or living with her husband. These demographic data are necessary to determine the different views of the women in childbearing, child-care, and the economic stability of the family.
Conclusion
Based on the result of the interview, there are only few women who welcome the idea of child adoption. Although there are many Hollywood stars that serve as an example, the women are still in favor of childe bearing. In addition, the women shared the risk in giving birth specially in the young women. But most of the women are aware about the poverty of their country and open in the possibilities for birth control such as family planning, and traditional or conventional birth controls.
