Introduction
Every individual were given their own room to improve. Individuals that possesses the usual skills in identifying their own needs or areas that are needed to be improved are the same people that can easily get their assumed outcomes. Usually, people creates a simple draft of ambitions in their head but fails to draw or outlines the exquisite plan to achieve or fulfill those ambitions. Therefore, people turns to their other second best option and continues to dream to achieve the same dream. Without their initiative, they find it hard to fulfill the dream.
Planning
Planning is not only valuable in the area of construction sites and playing sports. Planning also work on individuals. In planning, the construction can deliver the right acquisition or best results on their work. Through planning, the team can perform best with harmony and with proper coordination. This is the same aspect in the planning the person’s own growth. Although the difference is that, there’s no too much labor and expenses and there are no other people to work with. Planning towards one growth happens on one person. An effective plan is needed to achieve the personal goal. It is important to easily navigate the target of the person as he slowly realizing the changes and gathering the requirements to achieve his goal. Planning can be easily establish and easily to sabotage to failure. Without the appropriate effort to follow the created plan, the person can hardly realize all his inhibitions. For example, a simple employee is aiming to be a manager in two years span. This is possible if the person is open for the both of the opportunities and the criticisms. It is essential in building a comprehensive plan. The goal of the person is set to be a manager and the planning is the road that he should take and follow to meet his goal.
Goals and Planning
Goal setting is a process to define the personal targets that a person in planning to achieve. In setting the goals, the person should be aware that he is also committing himself in accomplishing the needed requirements for the future outcomes. Goal setting creates a long term vision and provides the motivation. It has the additional benefit of helping a person decide how you want to focus your resources and spend your time. A person should plan and be focus on what is ahead of him. The challenges that he will meet and the right approach to those challenges. A person should prioritize his goal to avoid failure in the long-run. Through identifying the key points or needed requirements such as people, money, or additional knowledge and skills, definitely, at the end there are positive outcomes.
Planning is to look ahead and to try to address future perceived needs, circumstances or goals with a coherent strategy or strategies and to assure that the resources needed are identified and available and intelligently applied, when needed. Plans can be very simple or quite complex. But even a simple plan, for example that vacation trip to Yellowstone with the family is not so simple; transportation has to be arranged, clothing needs determined and weather needs considered, some research may be in order as to what to see and where to stay and what might be of interest on the way to and from for example. When projecting into the future, plans becomes more complex because the further one thinks out, the more unknowns or imponderables must be considered that require assumptions. But reasonable assumptions can be made if soundly based upon what is known now and what has been.
Success and Failure
There are only two common outcomes that may happen at the end of planning – it is either success or to fail. If the person is fully focus to achieve his goals, there is a possibility for its success. On the other hand, the failure arrives is the person is not confident enough to face all the challenges in his pursuance of goals. He must remember that planning is also designed as his own guide. Without his strong foundation on planning, failure might be the end of all his efforts. Also, if the person did not recognized the set goal or tends to change it in his course, there is a conflict of the meeting his own goals.
Conclusion
Planning serves as the outline of the person that encompasses the actions he needed for his goal. A simple goal makes the planning worthwhile and as a guide, planning is an essential element to understand the importance of his chase towards the goal.
