Introduction
Most of the developing countries recognized various challenges. Those challenges can be resulted from the globalization and modernization of the society. The country that has an intention in developing the economic aspect of their country can also recognize the difficulties that tailing on the bandwagon for development. Developing countries are more focus in gaining the advantage among the other countries. In the state of development, the difficulties and challenges are not far from behind and the country should have a stable strategy for the continuous development.
Background and Problem Statement
The most recognized problem in the developing countries is in the form of poverty and food security. Because of many factors and elements involved in the aim of the developing countries. The attention of the country is on the center in developing the business industry that can foster the overall development. However, despite the positive result that the business strategies made, still there are many people who suffered in the issue and food security.
Research Objectives
The first objective of the study is to recognize the impact of the poverty and food security in the developing countries. And the second objective is to help the developing countries to generate its own strategies in lessening the effects of the poverty and food security, and at the same time, lead to the overall development of the country.
Research Questions
The study understands that every country has an objective to develop in order to answer the call of globalization. Therefore, there are several questions that can help the study meet its own objectives.
1. What are the foreseeable effects of food shortage in both industries and household use?
2. What are the addressed solution of the nations to prevent the poverty and the food shortage that is a great plague in every community?
3. What are the other possible solutions that a developing country can apply based on the success of the other well-developed countries?
Literature Review
In the aim of the country to answer the globalization left the issue of the sustainable food security. In addition, the impact of the globalization can increase in political, social, and cultural linkages among the people and the nations in the world; development of the common legal and regulatory frameworks and institutions, from environmental trade treaties to best practices in accounting and banking and in international agreements; and the increasing emergence of the global effects from the behavior of individual and societies such as the poverty, spread of diseases hunger, and financial crises (Diaz-Bonilla, 2001).
Along with the need for the food security is the need of the people to feed also their mind. The use of the various technologies and other pedagogical aspect can support the development of the people. Their intellectual side of the people is also hungry in knowledge and in due time, the people can harness their skills in which they can use in the future (Biermann, 2002). The aim of the country in successful economy ranges in various strategies and collaboration of methods. The technological access of the country can be the most vital player and driver towards developments. And with this idea, the increasing poverty and food shortages are the common consequences in the aim of the countries to develop. The issue of the poverty and food security should stay in the top of the government’s lists. Mostly, the people living in the depressed are the people who feel the impact of the various difficulties, such as the quality education and health care. In order to answer the challenge of development, the government should also bring back the trust of the people to support the entire development strategies (Range, 2007).
Methodology
The applied method in the study is the use of the comparative case study method that is mostly based on both developing and developed countries. The use of the comparative method allows the study to use the past literatures under the series of review and comparison to generate the quality analysis. With the help of the past literatures, the economic activity as well as government programs of the well-developed countries can be examined.
