1. From the development of the new technologies, the library and information organisation are also changing. All of us understand that technology is crucial for one’s and organisations’ development. Technology was now blending to our environment and also our future.
2. In accordance to the proliferation of new technologies in library, it involves special skill and in most cases more staff hours. With this dilemma, every library must create effective solutions such as the creation of virtual libraries.
3. In accordance to the creation of virtual libraries and development of technology in library setting, it has changed the way on how the librarians and the library itself serve their clients which is an indication of continuance change till the next century.
