Since 9th grade till present time I have been laid back
Not caring about school and just getting into trouble with the law.
But now that I’m 17 and still an 9th grader, my parents has woke me up by this one question …(your now 17 what are you going to do with you life?)
I couldn’t reply to the question because I had no idea.
That’s why I know job corps will help me because I need a place where I can just focus on my schoolwork.
Another thing that’s so great is my environment is all about school and after I get my high school diploma, I can get a couple trades like culinary arts, and a licensed practical nursing those r just some idea but I really want to get as many trades as I can.
I see job corps as the beat grown man decision I can make as a 17 yr old. I no for a fact when I come out of job corps I will have what I need in life to succeed and if I don’t I anyone to blame but myself, this is my last chance to show my family they can believe in me, I would really like to see my family happy and when I succeed I will be the first son out of my whole family that will have collage trades under my education belt.
I know job corps isn’t looking for a person that going to fools around that why I need this chance … the Lord has blessed me with this chance I WILL NOT MESS IT UP!!
