Effect of Monetary and Non-Monetary Incentives on Performance of Employees in A Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (Sample Questionnaire)

Using the Likert Scale, the researcher/s can measure the attitude of the individual towards the issue prepared before them. In this study, we will measure the impact or the effects of the two kinds of incentives on the performance of the employees and its importance in their role and responsibilities in working within the enterprises.
